Coordinate the administration and operations of the internal sales functions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4
  • Previous experience of internal customer relationship functions.
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Previous experience in Microsoft dynamics – Navision is advantages.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately generate and monitor prices on sales and orders placed by sales on Navision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the sales team.
  • Issue and sending of sales orders.
  • Filing and scanning of all direct documentation.
  • Ensure accurate ordering captured of the correct size, weight and product to accommodate the logistics team.
  • Assist in coordinating transfers of product from off-site stores to clients or back to the factory.
  • Assisting either Sales team or internal departments with queries.
  • Follow up and provide feedback towards the internal/external Sales Team on delivery dates for product to be delivered towards clients.
  • Problem solving.
  • Standby for after hour and weekend calls and emergencies.
