About the role You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, working with the team to sell engineering steel and stainless products. What You’ll Be Doing: Answering customer enquiries over phone and email Processing orders and preparing quotes Following up with customers to keep things on track and get feedback Supporting the sales team and helping spot new opportunities Building strong relationships with customers Helping with stock control and inventory Assisting with general admin tasks as needed On-site Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and part of the team Attention to detail Intermediate computer skills Please note that, as health and safety are important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.
