What you will be responsible for: Processing general phone, email and face-to-face sales enquiries Sourcing new sales opportunities through quote follow-up, outbound warm/cold calls and email Preparing sales quotes and orders Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers Delivering excellent customer service Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential) Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded) Good communication and time management skills – with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment Attention to detail Intermediate computer skills Please note that, as health and safety are important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen if you are to be successful.
