We are currently seeking an Internal Sales & Contract Support Officer to join our growing team, in Taren Point NSW.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with stocktake.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Raise quotations for maintenance agreements, UPS health checks, remedial works and general services.
  • Establish Warranty maintenance agreements and plans of ongoing routine maintenance.
  • Use company CRM system to maintain customer inventory information, raise service orders, process contract exchanges and create invoices (where required)
  • Manage documentation and customer inventory in company database
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales, service and management teams as required.
  • Liaise with management and accounts team to report on contract performance, invoicing and forecasting
