Description
Accept, quote, advise and process inquiries and orders as required. Assist customers with technical information, product descriptions, pricing, and anticipated delivery. Work in a team environment to achieve the division's sales & margin objectives. Efficient processing of sales orders, credit requests, warranty requests and back-order reports. Provide technical support regarding electrical products (where possible). Provide back up for coordinating export orders. Follow up with customer complaints about relevant company products and aim for satisfactory solutions from both the company's and the customer's viewpoint. Recommend product modifications in response to customer problems. Assist staff by doing documentation to process credit/RMA's. Be aware of company and personal obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety regulations as well as the company's documented quality management system. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role focusing on internal sales coordination or technical customer service. Self-motivated, team player, willing to learn, and a problem solver. Exceptional customer service skills with great communication skills. Experience with SAP, Oracle or any major ERP is preferred. Experience and knowledge of Electrical or Electronics related products within the power industry is preferred but not mandatory.
