Some of the duties include: Providing high-quality internal sales support, managing customer enquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across the sales team Preparing accurate sales quotations, reports, order documentation, and maintain all sales-related records and databases Coordinating and manage RFQ documents, assist in proposal development, and support deliverables to ensure timelines are met Processing and monitoring sales orders from entry through to acknowledgment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding items Supporting document control and reporting activities, including tracking, distributing, and updating essential sales documentation Supporting daily departmental functions and continuously improve sales processes At Eriez, you won’t just have a job, you will have a place where your contribution matters, your ideas are valued, and your professional growth is encouraged.
