Haynes is actively seeking a motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our clients team in Forest Lake QLD. This role combines administrative tasks with key sales support duties, helping to ensure smooth internal operations and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes for customers as requested by the Branch and/or Sales team.
  • Prepare approved Pricing Proposal documents for customers based on agreed rates as requested by the Sales team.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage prospecting activities.
  • Support targeted campaigns with outbound communication.
  • Provide initial product or service information to prospects.
  • Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Recording lost sales as required
  • Liaising with Branches regarding the operational needs of customers.
