JOB DESCRIPTION:

The sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves raising customer quotations, following up quotations and inbound enquiries, providing outstanding customer service throughout the process and seeking new opportunities to promote our products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of B2B sales or sales experience
  • Strong numeracy skills with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills including written English
  • Customer focused mindset with a determination to offer outstanding service
  • Experience in using CRM and SAGE software
Responsibilities
  • Customer quotations: Raise quotations from inbound leads and leads generated by the proactive sales team.
  • Customer Service: keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders and ensuring they are happy and supported at all stages of the sales fulfilment. Follow up fulfilled orders to receive feedback and gain new opportunities.
  • Cross selling, up-selling and identifying new opportunities: When following up quotations and fulfilled orders always seek to gain new leads.
  • Building strong relationships with customer.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, keeping track of engagement and follow-ups.
  • Sales Reporting: Support the sales team with reports and insights on pipeline activity and customer engagement.
  • Processing Customer Sales Orders: Entering customer orders, as and when, required. Ensuring data entered meets the requirements of the order and accurate order acknowledgements are emailed.
