INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION

  • Participate and oversee telephone sales and customer service.
  • Make necessary decisions to resolve specific customer service cases.
  • Coordinate internal sales sector activities with the operations department.
  • Manage the internal sales team (distribute workload, organize tasks, schedule management).
  • Ensure employee training within the department in collaboration with various trainers.
  • Foster healthy and productive working relationships by intervening in conflict resolution.
  • Ensure employees adhere to work methods, rules, and company policies.
  • Supervise and coach the team to ensure efficiency, high-quality customer service, and a balance between profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize periodic meetings with employees to assess performance, clarify expectations, and ensure proper follow-up according to established procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the internal sales department.
  • Contribute to company sales growth by tracking sales objectives (e.g., during promotions or new product launches), communicating them to the team, following up with clients, etc.
  • Organize, coordinate, and actively participate in various team sales meetings and events.
  • Ensure timely processing of requests from sales representatives (technical specifications, pricing, product availability, sales reports, and other analyses).
  • Maintain regular follow-up on ongoing projects and files and report them to the sales director.
