Working with and for the SD on new clients, quotes and follow ups and ad hoc sales stuff.

Due to growth of this Warwickshire based SME the Sales Director needs someone to pick up the administrative and telephone sales coordination support. This is a mix of administration, following-up quotes, speaking to client customers, and managing existing accounts - Sales support, admin with a bit of account management, autonomy, initiative and flexibility plus loads of variety!
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has done a similar support role in an SME Engineering / Construction / Manufacturing environment. A pro-active self-starter who can just roll with it and get things done.

• Following-up last weeks quotes, speaking to customers, account enquiries.
• Pro-active to specific target clients (all information provided)
• Data entry and data management
• Sales support coordination
• Ad-hoc duties, working closely to support the sales director day-to-day
