Internal Sales Engineer – Industrial Pumps
Location: Loughborough

Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 per annum (DOE)

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be the link between customers and Area Sales Managers, helping to drive sales by handling technical enquiries and generating quotations. You will be working closely with internal teams including production, engineering and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer service experience. You’ll be joining an experienced team

• Supporting Area Sales Managers by handling customer enquiries and guiding them from initial contact to final sale.
• Supporting the customer from enquiry to sale, ensuring customers receive the right technical solution.
• Working closely with internal teams, including production, to prepare quotes and ensure smooth processes.
• Collaborating with the Area Sales Managers to follow up on quotations and drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by prompt response and follow-up action to resolve issues on time.
• Updating internal databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information and enquiries, to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
