Internal Sales Engineer – Industrial Pumps
Location: Loughborough

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (+ 10% annual bonus)

As Internal Sales Engineer, you will be the link between customers and Area Sales Managers, helping to drive sales by handling technical enquiries and generating quotation. You will be working closely with internal teams including production, engineering and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer service experience. You’ll be joining an experienced team and will have the opportunity to contribute to a successful sales environment.

About the Role

  • Supporting Area Sales Managers by handling customer enquiries and guiding them from initial contact to final sale.
  • Performing pump calculations to determine the best product specifications for customer needs.
  • Supporting the customer from enquiry to sale, ensuring customers receive the right technical solution.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including production, to prepare quotes and ensure smooth processes.
  • Collaborating with the Area Sales Managers to follow up on quotations and drive sales.
  • Provide an excellent customer service by prompt response and follow up action to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Updating internal databases and CRM systems with accurate and up to date customer information and enquiries, to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
