Are you an experienced Sales Engineer and want to be part of an international company that will truly value your part in their business? My client knows that people make the difference to their business.
They are a market leader worldwide in the design, manufacture and supply of valves, pipe fittings, hydrants and flow control equipment to the Water, Wastewater, Oil and Gas industries.
They need your expertise and talent to promote their range of fabricated water fitting products. It is an office based role and you will focus on converting quotations for both new/existing customers. Your expertise will assist customers with technical enquiries and product selection.
We are looking for someone who is Customer focused, has good technical knowledge able to deliver fast and accurate responses.
Role Specifics are:

Responsibilities

LEAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining a clean order book
Providing MI reports on quote conversion success failure and reasoning.
Maintain, develop and manage specific service offers to ensure consistent service excellence.
Provide monthly reports on account activities to agreed timescales.
Ensuring that internal sales operations are in compliance with ISO procedures.
Ensuring all orders are clean and accurate when processed.
Ensuring the sales offices are in full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
