Job Description
You’ll be joining a committed team at our largest New Zealand site, located in our Mangere office. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be self-motivated, along with the following attributes:
- Deliver excellent customer service with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX and water cooled products.
- Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
- Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
- Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Process, administer and review orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- 2 to 4 years Customer Service Experience in HVAC or similar discipline.
- Understanding engineering drawings and specifications such as interpreting mechanical, electrical, pipework, controls, duct layouts and VRF requirements.
- Experience in commercial equipment application, operation and design.
- Exposure to design specifications.
- Formal HVAC or Engineering qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Natural go getter and forward thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, effortlessly building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
