Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Internal Salesperson to join a work environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. With only a 15 minute drive from Brisbane CBD, you’ll be joining a relaxed but dedicated team environment. The perfect candidate will excel in customer service and possess technical support experience, along with the following attributes:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with both internal and external key players.
  • A strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX and water cooled products.
  • Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
  • Strong skills in CRM and product suite selection platforms are essential.
  • Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
  • Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 4 years Sales Experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Understanding engineering drawings and specifications such as interpreting mechanical, electrical, pipework, controls, duct layouts and VRF requirements.
  • Experience in commercial equipment application, operation and design.
  • Exposure to design specifications.
  • Formal HVAC or Engineering qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • Time spent in the field with HVAC installation as a certified refrigeration mechanic will be considered.
  • Natural go getter and decision-maker who thrives in a collaborative. environment, effortlessly building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
