JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will join our internal team being the first points of contact for our customers. Offering advice, quotations and technical support on a wide array of products and services.
You will be a part of the team in a busy environment and will build relationships with existing and new clients.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Positive attitude.
  · Strong written, verbal and numerical skills.
  · Knowledge of MRO or Engineering products would be desirable.
  · Good communication skills.
  · Desire to learn new products and skills.
  · Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, 365, excel, word.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
• MRO Sales: 3 years (required)
