We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Overview: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for administrating the sales process for industrial doors, shutters, and gates. This includes raising quotes, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing technical product advice to customers. You will work closely with the service department, external sales team and customers to ensure that all sales activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise Quotes: Respond to customer reactive inquiries by preparing and delivering accurate and timely quotations for industrial doors, shutters, and gates.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering product-related queries, troubleshooting, and offering technical advice on product specifications, installations, and maintenance.
Sales Processing: Work with internal systems to ensure accurate order processing, including generating sales orders and liaising with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration: Assist the service department, external sales team with pricing, and follow-ups, ensuring that client expectations are met.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Order Management: Monitor and track sales orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise during the process.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business success.
CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain data in CRM systems to track interactions, sales progress, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in internal sales, within the industrial doors, shutters, or gates market
Strong technical knowledge of industrial door systems, shutters, gates.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex products in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales and service.
A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
