About the role: We’re looking for a CNC Programmer to create accurate, efficient cutting /bending programs and support our production team. You’ll turn drawings into ready‑to‑run CNC files and help keep our workflow running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities: Review drawings, work orders and specifications Create and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM/CADMAN software Develop flat patterns and 3D layouts for cutting and pressing Optimise nests and machine settings for quality, speed and cost Reverse‑engineer components where required Provide technical support to machine operators Maintain accurate documentation and file control Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives Assist Sales team when required Proven CNC programming experience (Laser, Plasma and Brake Press) Strong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) Experience with SigmaNEST and CADMAN Solid understanding of engineering drawings Solid understanding of Press Brake drawingsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple jobs in a dynamic environment Background in manufacturing or fabrication is essential Professional but relaxed company culture On-site gym facilities Generous parental leave policy Employee Assistance Programme Be part of a growing business If the above sounds like you, please submit your details through the application form, and we’ll be in touch.
