Description

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and driving sales. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role, ideally (but essential) within the Building Supplies and Landscaping products sectors.

Responsibilities

Sales Generation: * Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new business.
Customer Support: * Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
Quotations and Orders: * Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate record on our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: * Develop a strong understanding of the plant hire equipment and services to effectively advise and upsell to customers.
Collaboration: * Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
