Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and building long-term customer partnerships. You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers – providing expert advice and building trusted relationships.
  • Proactively generate new business while maximising opportunities with existing customers.
  • Manage and follow up on enquiries and quotations to deliver strong conversion rates.
  • Work closely with external sales, procurement, and customer service teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Support stock management and occasionally represent Flowtech at trade shows and customer visits.
