Due to exciting and dynamic growth in the construction industry’s passive fire protection sector, we are delighted to offer the opportunity to join our expanding team in the exciting role of Internal Sales Executive.
OWS Fire Rated’s position as a leading supply-and-install provider in this specialist field—combined with strategic investment from our parent company, Haerens Group, and the trusted partnerships we’ve built across the UK—puts us in a prime position for continued success and innovation.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our external sales team, managing day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for early stage customer contact and closing lower-value deals, handling administrative tasks, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate sales data. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive mindset will help drive the success of our sales function and support the wider business strategy.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Strong organisational and administrative skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools.
· Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role is required.
· Background in construction, technical products is desirable
· A desire to learn about the passive fire protection industry and in interest in building technical knowledge is a must!
