Pin Point Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, recognised as a leader in their sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional to play a key role in driving growth across both B2B and B2C channels.
As an Inside Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales process from initial contact through to aftersales support, working primarily via phone, email, and CRM. You’ll be engaging warm leads, identifying new opportunities, and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales, telesales, or account management role
  • Confidence in managing both B2B and B2C customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Commercial awareness with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound and assigned leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients through phone and email communication
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve targets
  • Accurately manage orders and customer data through the CRM system
  • Coordinate with operations for timely order fulfilment and delivery
  • Provide dedicated aftersales care, resolving any customer queries or concerns
  • Support marketing campaigns and follow up on generated leads
  • Monitor consumer behaviour trends and provide actionable feedback
