Title: Internal Sales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Description: Polycote has been manufacturing and supplying specialist epoxy & polyurethane floor repairs, screeds, and coatings, as well as many other unique building products since 1991. We are a small team looking for an enthusiastic, target driven, internal telesales executive that has an independent, flexible approach; with high personal goals, an attitude to win; and 100% dedication to achieving sales for the company and hitting set sales targets. They must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills, and be comfortable presenting technical products over the phone as well as maintaining good customer relationships and delivering great customer support and technical advice.

Responsibilities
  • Hit and exceed call and sales targets
  • Complete both inbound & outbound calls (incoming calls answered within 3 rings)
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers
  • Build and maintain a steady growth of new customers
  • Answer technical questions and provide solutions from our product range
  • Quote prices to customer as and when required
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Obtain and organise customer and prospect visits for the external salesperson
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Be the first point of contact for customer issues
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and daily sales huddles
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by management
