Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for someone passionate about sales and customer service to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role within our busy sales office, where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Accurately analysing and processing customer purchase orders
  • Serving customers face-to-face on the trade counter
  • Following up on leads and re-engaging lapsed accounts
  • Making outbound calls to generate new business
  • Working towards individual and team KPIs

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Delivers exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Is confident with administration and Microsoft Office
  • Can provide knowledgeable product advice (full training provided)
  • Has experience or interest in the building trade (preferred but not essential)
  • Is proactive, professional, and has a “can do” attitude

Please note: This role involves regular trade counter work and proactive sales activity, including cold calling and lead generation. Duties are varied and not limited to the above.
