Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers, understanding their needs to offer tailored product solutions.
  • Process sales orders accurately, ensuring efficient fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing top-tier service to drive repeat business.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with external sales and branch teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Regularly update customer records in the CRM system to track sales performance.
  • Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.

Candidate Criteria

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within building materials or construction supply.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills to manage order processing effectively.
  • Trade Counter experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • A team player capable of working collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment.
