• We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international logistics, shipping solutions, sales experience is preferred but not essential as training can be given.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess client needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate calendar management.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track progress using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed set targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting (B2B preferred).
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
