About You
Are you a proactive, motivated individual who thrives on building strong relationships? If you enjoy collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, we’d love to hear from you! While industry experience is beneficial, it’s not essential—our priority is delivering outstanding customer service. Teamwork is at the core of our NSW Branch, and we’re seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude to strengthen and support our passionate sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
  • Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
  • Ability to manage customer enquiries both over the phone and counter
  • Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in either Locksmith/ Electronic Security or Hardware industries would be beneficial.
