Description

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Internal Sales Manager will drive high-quality appointments identified by the BDE team to drive sales qualified opportunities into the sales teams. The role focuses on accelerating lead conversion, improving appointment and sales conversion rates, managing and enhancing both future and key account pipelines, uncovering quick-win opportunities, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
This role is based from our Head Office in Corby. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a team leader / people management position
  • Telesales experience
  • CRM experience (HubSpot)
  • Sales focused background with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Analytical skills and data-driven
  • High level of data accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Increase appointment opportunities booked into the sales functions by driving BDE activity and identifying areas for improvement
  • Improve opportunity velocity from marketing database to sales qualified leads
  • Management of both the future pipeline and key account pipeline by building and improving data points within databases including distribution and tracking of these leads
  • Uncovering immediate opportunities and building data points to feed tomorrows pipeline
  • Supporting sales and marketing projects as required by the business
  • Day to day management of BDE’s activity and associated KPI’s
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy for the purposes of analytics and drive efficient use of the CRM database
  • Provide reports to Sales Director and Marketing Director as required
  • Maintain and build key accounts pipeline whilst maintaining future opportunity pipeline
  • Assisting with general administration as required
  • Work with Head of Digital Marketing to manage campaign outputs and feedback results to drive improvements
