Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad base of key Customer accounts in conjunction with the external Sales Team to ensure excellent Customer service and growth in Sales
  • Help drive process improvements through the organisation from a Customer service perspective taking all available opportunities to improve the Customer experience
  • Fully understand Customers requirements both in retail and trade and how that can be married into our business model for superior Customer service and sales growth in a business focused manner
