As an Internal Sales Manager at FMH, you will build and maintain relationships with agents regarding our products mostly by conversing on the phone, and at times, traveling to the agencies to meet in person. Experience with analytical tools or technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, WebFocus or other CRM-related systems preferred. Some experience in developing and delivering presentations to small and large groups is helpful. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identifies, appoints, and develops prospective agency business partners through heavy prospecting and cold calling.  * Presents, promotes, and sells FMH products and services to agents. * Establishes and fosters agent relationships.  * Assists with new and existing product-specific research and reporting, competitor information tracking, regional analysis reporting, and agency profiling/segmentation. * Works with Administrative Assistant of Sales, to keep the Sales space on the FMH Insider intranet site, serving as the moderator to keep information accurate and up-to-date.  * Maintains a vast knowledge of FMH products, sales materials, and competitor products. * Educates agents on FMH products, systems, policies, and procedures. * Coordinates with Claims, Precision, Underwriting, and Sales Managers to address any issues that impact agents and customers within assigned territory. * Records activity in CRM tool and prepares a variety of status reports as requested including goal progress, product, feedback, competitive intelligence, etc. * Plans and prepares presentations and proposals for events including Agent Meetings, Update Meetings, and Producer Meetings. * Does this sound like a good fit for you? Responsibilities
The Internal Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with agents primarily through phone conversations, occasionally traveling to agencies, while providing sales process support to senior leadership and various teams by resolving issues promptly. Key duties include heavy prospecting, presenting and selling FMH products, fostering agent relationships, and educating agents on products, systems, policies, and procedures.
