INTERNAL SALES MANAGER

Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid options available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: £40,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance. (OTE: £75,000)
Global 4 is experiencing rapid growth fueled by strategic acquisitions and a growing client base. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive performance and support the expansion of the team.
The successful candidate will support our Head of Account Management in leading a high-performing team, manage a sub-division directly, and carry your own sales quota - creating a lucrative opportunity to maximize personal and team earnings.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for coaching, a flair for sales and a drive to succeed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales within Telecoms and/or IT Managed Services.
  • At least 1 year in a team leadership or sales management role, with a clear track record of coaching and development.
  • Strong understanding of cross-sell/upsell methodologies and account growth strategies.
  • Commercially savvy with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal account managers to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Own both personal and team sales targets, setting the standard in performance and productivity.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts with accuracy, driving consistent performance.
  • Champion cross-sell and upsell strategies across our extensive portfolio of technology solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy and execute growth plans.
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and professional development.
  • Actively engage with clients and prospects to identify opportunities and lead by example.
