Description

HRGO Recruitment are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join an organisation who are enjoying a period of growth and inward investment.
Location: Liverpool
Package: £35,000- £38,000 DOE + Commission and Company Benefits
The main purpose of the role is to improve departmental performance by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded whilst delivering on key performance objectives.
This will be achieved by excellent customer service and driving individual and team potential with coaching, mentoring and training.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and departmental heads to promote operational excellence and to drive business success in line with the vision and values of the organisation

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience of managing an internal sales team
  • Experience of identifying and delivering training, coaching and mentoring
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Utilise excellent interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency in various Microsoft packages
