If you’re an experienced sales or call centre manager with experience of developing a high performing internal sales team whilst optimizing processes we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for managing & optimizing the internal sales function to deliver sales targets for our multiple brands. Working closely with the Sales director, the successful candidate will bring more processes and efficiencies to the team to incrementally increase output whilst training and developing our team to improve quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Management and development of our internal sales team leader
  2. Training and development of the teams sales pitch
  3. Work with Sales director and wider business to develop sales processes to increase efficiency
  4. Work with Sales director to set, forecast and achieve sales targets
  5. Report sales performance to the Sales Director
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
