About the Role: Rexel UK is seeking a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Person to join our team in Heathrow, London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. We welcome applications from candidates who have electrical or sales experience although this is not necessary as our friendly and supportive team are happy to help train new team members! You will join our experienced business manager who is supported by an experienced assistant business manager and team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the electrical wholesale industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.

• Manage and grow sales within the branch.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Handle customer inquiries and process orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
