We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a pivotal office-based role where you’ll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring our customers receive the very best solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, both new and existing.
  • Provide expert guidance on specialist glass and glazing solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring outstanding customer care throughout.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Proactively handle enquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including marketing, to support promotional activities.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activity, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Stay ahead of market developments and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role (industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential).
