    Description and Requirements
    We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside Sales Team to work with existing Lenovo accounts.
Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing Lenovo accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the public sector, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Sell the full catalogue of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a 10 person team environment, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the Large Enterprise Team.
