Inside Sales Representative - French Speaking

This role offers an exciting path in multilingual business-to-business sales.
Location: Harrow, Middlesex (Hybrid: 3 days in office - Tuesday to Thursday)
Salary: £35,000 base + On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to £55,000
Start Date: July 2025
Impact and Opportunity
You will support French-speaking customers in sectors including aerospace, defence, telecommunications, automotive, power, semiconductors, and data centres. You will offer test equipment through rental, leasing, new and pre-owned purchase, and long-term asset management solutions. This is a strategic sales role within a multilingual, high-performing team based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales activities and handle inbound enquiries professionally
  • Sell flexible equipment solutions tailored to individual client needs
  • Explain the value of our commercial options - helping customers reduce costs, avoid outdated technology, and achieve project goals faster
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM
  • Work in partnership with field-based colleagues to support large opportunities
  • Represent the business with a consultative, solutions-focused approach

You Bring

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in business-to-business inside sales, telesales, or sales development
  • Strong communication skills, confident in outbound calling and sales presentations
  • Highly organised and results-focused, with a good understanding of CRM tools
  • Interest in science, engineering, technology, or commercial services is desirable
