We are a company with more than 30 years of experience in developing, producing and supplying measuring, testing and automation systems.
Under the name APS Antriebs- Prüf- und Steuertechnik GmbH, we implement the most modern and innovative testing systems, often with customer and application-specific special solutions, for geotechnical investigations and material testing. Our business units stand for this with the brand names “Wille Geotechnik” for geotechnical applications and “APS Adaptive Solutions” for the industry.
Our national and international projects are mainly in the fields of renewable energies, wind power, geothermal energy and heat storage or comparable applications, with a close connection to current research topics.
Our national and international customers include recognised universities, colleges and private test laboratories as well as industrial companies.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a

Responsibilities
  • You will support the sales team in acquiring new customers.
  • You will provide customer support for existing customers and act as a point of contact for our customers.
  • You will take on and coordinate administrative tasks in sales and act as an interface between our customers, sales team and internal company departments.
  • You are involved in our quotation process, from research and analysis of customer enquiries or public tenders to the final submission of quotations
  • You coordinate the technical, economic and legal processing of customer enquiries and public tenders, involving the necessary internal and external resources
  • You will ensure master data maintenance in our ERP system
  • You will provide support with marketing tasks and trade fair organisation
  • You will prepare the necessary export/customs documents and provide support with export/customs processing
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales order processing with the necessary commercial tasks
  • You will monitor and coordinate deadlines and processes throughout the entire quotation process
  • You will accompany the sales process, especially when projects extend over a longer period of time. During this time, you will be the contact person for potential customers in addition to the sales force
