Responsibilities
  • Responsible for raising Tricel profile within the specified area to ensure Tricel is the customer first choice;
  • Make outbound calls to existing & potential clients to introduce our services;
  • Follow up on customer enquires / quotations via telephone and email diarising further action ensuring the sales operating system is followed;
  • Engage in meaningful conversation to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solution;
  • Present, promote and sell the Tricel portfolio of products and services to maximise opportunities for sales growth;
  • Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers;
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions our CRM system;
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets;
  • Follow up prospects and schedule appointments for external sales team;
  • Stay Updated on Industry trends, Market conditions. Product Knowledge and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation;
  • Customer complaints in accordance with the company’s procedure and Department SLA’S;
  • Other general duties will include answering inbound phone calls and carry out any other duties reasonably requested by any members of the Management team.
