THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join our high-performing Sales team, supporting our SME customers across Specialties packaging. Based in Kilsyth or Reservoir, you’ll be the primary contact for your customer portfolio—ensuring every conversation drives service, loyalty, and results.
This is a fast-paced role with a high degree of autonomy. Alongside managing existing accounts, you’ll actively identify and pursue new business opportunities - working both warm and cold leads to grow your portfolio and support our broader sales strategy. You’ll need to bring confidence, initiative, and a genuine passion for customer relationships and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated telesales customer base with regular, strategic outreach
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering consistent, solution-based service
  • Prospect and convert new business opportunities across target segments
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and generate cold leads to grow your portfolio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a “One Visy” experience
  • Apply your product knowledge to identify new solutions and upselling opportunities
  • Balance competing priorities and stay on top of all customer touchpoints
