Job Description This is a part time opportunity, 25 hours a week to be a key member of our Rexel Bunbury branch and be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers within the electrical industry Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring timely delivery Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions Resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock availability and order fulfilment Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals We offer an industry competitive salary, genuine career opportunities, and a fantastic culture that will empower you to succeed.
