Job Description Taking ownership of processed customers' orders, including; handling incoming sales calls; attending to requests to ensure timely management of back orders and DIFOT. Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained Qualifications Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a commitment to meet deadlines. Ideally you will have a sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field. Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
