About the role In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Castle Hill and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A typical day will involve Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
