KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Strives to achieve set targets.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Priority management and planning skills.
  • Good relationship building.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ideal candidates will have some previous sales experience but this is not essential.
    This more entry level sales role will pay £31,500 OTE

Work Location: Hybrid remote in BASINGSTOK

Responsibilities
  • Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities within our existing partner base by planning outbound calls to customers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes.
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition.
  • Identifying project opportunities and engages with Business Development Managers if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required.
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.
