We are looking to hire an Internal Sales Specialist to support student retention and payment continuity. The main function of this role is to contact students who pay monthly and are either due for their next payment or already late, in order to facilitate payments, resolve potential issues, and prevent drop-outs. What you will do - Reach out to customers promptly, following SLA standards, with a minimum number of calls a day. - Ensure commitment to each customer for achieving desired outcomes. - Share daily reports on worked cases to enhance departmental processes. - Log all case-related details accurately in the CRM system. - Document provided solutions in HubSpot and directed them to the relevant departments via Jira. - Use company resources exclusively for communication purposes. - Maintain communication standards for all customer interactions. - Continuously refine communication skills based on feedback for better outcomes. - Ensure critical information exchange between ISM managers and other departments regarding student agreements. - Contact the customer to facilitate their next payment cycle. - Identify the customer needs, pain points, and interests to provide solutions and handle objections. - Contact the customer to upgrade their payment method. Requirements - Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1). - High listening skills (every detail mentioned in the conversation with the client matters). - Excellent level of argumentation and conviction. - Experience in the sales sector is required to be able to structure the conversation with customers and overcome objections. - High level of problem-solving. - Ability to work with objections. - Ability to work with emotions (emotional intelligence). - Target-oriented and motivated. - Experience in Sales or consultative Sales. - A general understanding of the EdTech industry.
