WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Good communication ability
• Basic arithmetic skills and an understanding of percentages
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information
• Process customer orders and quotations accurately.
• Monitor and track sales orders and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order completion.
• Participate in training to develop product and industry knowledge.
