Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate order entry using MYOB Exo
  • Answer 40+ inbound calls & emails
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information and maintain positive experiences
  • Perform general customer service duties as required
  • Phone answering in a polite and well-spoken manner

Requirements:

  • Confidence on the phone when talking to people
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem solver and able to use initiative
  • Organisational and Multi-tasking skills
  • Well-spoken / exceptional phone manner
  • Clear & well articulated English
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
