The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for managing the reconditioning process of preowned vehicles and ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale in accordance with company and brand standards. Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Professional development assistance Life insurance Employee assistance plan Disability insurance Responsibilities Prepare accurate Repair Orders with detailed cost, labor and repair time estimates and review with the appropriate manager Coordinate with Service, Parts and/or third-party vendors to schedule and execute repairs and/or services Follow the progress of vehicles through service to ensure days-to-market requirements are met. Thorough and timely communication and follow up with management Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay: $65,000 - $78,000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 - $23.00 / hour. Bonuses range from $18,000 - $29,200 per year based on performance.
