REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Geotab, Samsara, and Octane systems.
• Strong understanding of Ontario ELD regulations and driver compliance.
• Ability to create and deliver training materials (in-person and digital).
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret logs, trip data, and safety reports.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tech-related safety processes.
• Train drivers on:
• Onboard tablets using Octane systems
• Geotab ELD (Electronic Logging Device) compliance in Ontario
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Best practices for using Samsara cameras and other telematics tools
• Remotely troubleshoot and debug issues with tablets, apps, and vehicle telematics.
• Monitor and analyze logs, trip data, infractions, and safety events.
• Collaborate with tech and operations teams to improve system reliability and safety compliance.
