We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and results-driven professional to join our team as an Internal Operations Support —a key role that connects sales, production, purchasing, and customer communication.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating internal operations, handling customer needs, and supporting both production and sales departments. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, inventory tracking, and timely project completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in operations, customer service, or inside sales preferred within manufacturing, steel, or construction.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, data tracking)
• Excellent organization and time management
• Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
